Cilj je uspostava izravne cestovne veze s autocestom za jedno od najznačajnijih turističkih područja srednje Dalmacije, koje trenutačno nema izravan pristup A1.

Područje između Primoštena i Marine trenutačno je bez izravnog priključka na autocestu A1, zbog čega turisti i lokalno stanovništvo do obale dolaze preko čvorova Šibenik ili Prgomet, nastavljajući put državnim cestama. Nova studija trebala bi ispitati mogućnost izgradnje spojne ceste koja bi povezala čvor Danilo na A1, nekadašnji čvor Vrpolje u blizini Šibenika, s Jadranskom magistralom na optimalnoj lokaciji između Primoštena i Marine.

Posebnost projekta je činjenica da takva spojna cesta trenutačno nije predviđena ni prostorno-planskom dokumentacijom Šibensko-kninske ni Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. Upravo zato studija bi trebala ponuditi stručno utemeljeno i optimalno rješenje koje bi poslužilo kao osnova za buduće izmjene prostornih planova.

Izrađivač studije imat će zadatak predložiti trasu nove ceste duge oko 20 kilometara, projektirane brzine 80 kilometara na sat. U sklopu posla analizirat će se postojeća prostorno-planska dokumentacija obiju županija, prometni tokovi na sadašnjim cestama te sve prostorne i tehničke značajke koje bi mogle utjecati na odabir trase.

Značajan dio studije bit će posvećen zaštiti okoliša. Predviđena je izrada inženjersko-geološkog i hidrogeološkog izvještaja, kao i idejnih građevinskih rješenja u više varijanti. Time će se omogućiti usporedba trasa prema troškovima izgradnje, utjecaju na okoliš i tehničkoj izvedivosti.

Područje obuhvata studije omeđeno je autocestom A1 na sjeveru, Jadranskom magistralom na jugu, državnom cestom DC33 na zapadu te DC551 na istoku, a uključuje dijelove grada Šibenika te općina Primošten, Rogoznica i Marina.

Nakon višekriterijske analize svih varijanti, odabrat će se rješenje koje se pokaže najprihvatljivijim za izmjene prostorno-planske dokumentacije. Studija će uključivati i procjenu vrijednosti investicije za svaku varijantu, što će biti temelj za daljnje planiranje financiranja i izradu projektne dokumentacije.

Rok za dostavu ponuda za izradu studije je 20. siječnja 2026. godine.

Croatian Roads is looking for a study to analyze the best solutions for connecting the A1 motorway with the Adriatic Highway between Primošten and Marina near Trogir. The €100.000 tender opens up the possibility of a direct connection of this tourist area to the motorway, which would significantly facilitate access to the coast.

The area from Primošten to Marina currently does not have a direct connection to the A1 motorway. Tourists and visitors must travel by motorway to the Šibenik junction or the Prgomet junction and from there continue on state roads to the coast. The study will investigate the possibility of building a connecting road that would connect the Danilo junction on the A1 motorway (the former Vrpolje junction located near Šibenik) with the Adriatic Highway at the most convenient location between Primošten and Marina.

The connecting road is not planned in either the Šibenik-Knin or Split-Dalmatia spatial planning documentation, which means that the study should offer an optimal solution that would serve as the basis for future changes to spatial plans.

The study lasts 15 months.

The developer’s task will be to propose the route of a new connecting road approximately 20 kilometers long, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. The study must analyze the spatial planning documentation of both counties, determine the traffic flows on the existing roads and identify all spatial features that could affect the future route.

Special attention will be paid to the analysis of environmental factors through the preparation of an engineering-geological and hydrogeological report. The conceptual construction solution must be made in variants in order to be able to assess which route represents the optimal connection with regard to construction costs, environmental impact and technical requirements.

The area that the study will cover is bounded by the A1 motorway to the north, the Adriatic Highway to the south, the state road DC33 to the west, and the state road DC551 to the east, which includes parts of the cities of Šibenik, the municipalities of Primošten, Rogoznica, and Marina.

After analyzing all proposed variants according to several criteria, the one that proves to be the most acceptable for amending the county’s spatial planning documentation will be selected. As part of the study, an estimate of the investment value for each of the proposed variants will be prepared, which will enable further planning of the necessary financial resources and preparation of project documentation.

The deadline for submitting bids is January 20, 2026.
